Terms of Service

What this service is

VLTSCO provides automated educational feedback and an estimated practice band. It does not provide an official IELTS result, certification, immigration assessment, admission decision, or employment assessment. Results may differ from those awarded by an official test provider or examiner and must not be used as the sole basis for immigration, admission, employment, or another high-stakes decision.

User-submitted practice content

The VLTSCO Writing SaaS is intended for educational writing practice. Users must submit fictionalized, generalized, or appropriately anonymized content and must not intentionally include sensitive personal information, account credentials, government identifiers, financial information, medical information, immigration records, confidential business information, or personal information belonging to another individual.

VLTSCO does not verify and does not rely upon submitted essay content as a factual account of the user's identity, circumstances, experiences, qualifications, legal status, health, finances, employment, immigration history, or any real-world event. Submitted essays are processed as practice writing samples only for the purposes described in the Privacy Notice.

If a task invites a personal example, users must use fictionalized or generalized details rather than identifiable real-world information.

Privacy and result challenges

Acceptance of these Terms does not waive privacy safeguards or eliminate VLTSCO's privacy responsibilities. Accidentally submitted personal information remains protected. A disagreement with an estimated band is handled as an assessment/result challenge, not automatically as a privacy-law complaint; factual account correction and formal privacy correspondence are separate.

Band estimates are not official scores

Band estimates are generated by an AI model and are intended as practice guidance only. They are not issued or endorsed by IDP, the British Council, or Cambridge Assessment English, and should not be relied upon as a prediction of your official IELTS result.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and using the service.

Acceptable use

Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to submit. Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service's usage limits or security controls.

Changes to the service

This service is under active development. Features, pricing, and these terms may change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders of material changes.
